How much wind can my umbrella withstand?

It is always recommended that caution and common sense be applied in extreme wind and weather conditions. Tuuci recommends that all collapsible shade equipment be closed in wind conditions that exceed 25 MPH.

How do I clean the canvas on my umbrella?

For general or light cleaning, use a sponge or soft brush to apply mild soap and warm water to the fabric, rinse thoroughly, air dry. For stubborn stains or mildew: add one cup of bleach per gallon of soap and water, apply directly to the stain, use a sponge or soft brush to clean. Allow mixture to soak into fabric for up to 15 minutes, rinse thoroughly, air dry. If necessary, repeat with additional bleach.

What is the warranty on Tuuci umbrellas?

The Ocean Master collection:

15-years – Entire frame structure, including mast, hubs, struts, brackets and hardware
5-years- Frame finishes, including powder coat and Tuuci’s exclusive Aluma-Teak Plantation, Ocean
Master Nautical Teak structure, manual lift systems and related components, including gear boxes and worm drives
1-year – Electrical components, including LED lighting, heaters and automation components.

The Bay Master Collection:

5-years – Entire frame structure, including mast, hubs, canopy ribs and hardware
Frame finishes, including powder coat finishes
1-year – Electrical components, including LED lighting

Technically, yes! Active dealers in our network can place an order through our dealer portal. If you are not an active dealer, register as a dealer and we will get you set up right away. In order to place your order, we will need to know certain aspects of your project such as placement in a home or business, and is it a free-standing structure or attached, etc.
