The client was looking for a way to expand the outdoor entertaining space at their home. They wanted the ability to be protected from the elements, have privacy, and stay warm into the colder months. The addition of the Sundance Motorized Pergola, MagnaTrack Motorized Screens, and Bromic Electric Heaters allowed them to enclose their entertaining space, resulting in a comfortable and protected space to hang out, regardless of the weather. In addition, the client added an outdoor kitchen, outdoor tv, and fire pit to complete the ultimate space for entertaining guests outside.
